Essential Job Functions: 1.Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.2.Administer all SQL, SSIS, SSRS, etc. packages, reports, schedules, etc. to ensure that they are operational troubleshoot as necessary and resolve with proper RCA.3.Experience in IIS Administration (troubleshooting, access security, SSL certs administration, bindings)4.Experience in Microsoft stack C#, asp. Net 2.0 to 4.7, MVC, JavaScript, angular, EF, Dapper (NICE TO HAVE SKILLS NOT MUST)5.Understanding of SDLC Best-Practices to assist in software implementation and deployment.6.Visio for infrastructure diagramming7.Establish, Refine, and Document infrastructure processes and changes.8.SQL administration in a clustered environment to ensure uninterrupted services9.Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.10.Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations11.Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.12.Maintain / upgrade SQL Server with updates, upgrades, etc.13.Establish strong backup and DR processes to support development and production environments14.Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes15.Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.16.Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.17.Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.18.Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.Skill Requirements: 1.5+ years MS SQL Server Administration experience required.2.Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.3.Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.4.Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.5.Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory.6.Excellent written and verbal communication.7.Flexible, team player, get-it-done personality.8.Ability to organize and plan work independently.9.Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.10.Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.11.MCTS, MCITP, and/ or MVP certifications a plus.,
