Process Overview

The CSWT team leads the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company s consumer and wealth management client - facing channels. Manages the Bank s award - winning websites and e - Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client - facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies.

The CTO team is responsible for all Retail, Preferred and Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) business aligned infrastructure and end - to - end production services. This includes direct responsibility for production support, problem and incident management, operational change, as well as service and program delivery. Also supporting vertical functions (Release, Deployment & Environment Management, Application Integration & Engineering, Application Integration & Engineering, Performance & Capacity Management, and Operational Excellence) to deepen concentration stability and innovation.

Job Description

The individual will be part of the SSOT Production support team which is responsible to support the Bank of America Check processing, Cash vaults management, and Cards Issuance business functions. All three of these are highly critical business functions with heavy daily volumes and stringent SLAs. He She will ensure the stability and availability of these applications so that the volume for each cycle can be processed within the given timelines and escalate when extreme issues arise.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies possible production failure scenarios, creates incident tickets, updates incident tickets regarding status and communicates effectively with development and internal business operations teams
  • Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services. Creates and enhances operational and technical policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, standards and procedures
  • Takes ownership of escalations and perform troubleshooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query and programming skills
  • Follows standard practices and procedures
  • Review and update documentation for issues
    • Requirements

      Education: B.E. B. TechM.E. M. TechB.Sc.M.Sc.BCAMCA (prefer ITCS specialization)

      Certifications, If Any: Not Mandatory

      Experience Range: 6 8 years

      Mandatory Skills

      • Experience in Mainframe, JavaJ2EE, XML, HTML, JavaScript, JBoss
      • OracleSQL with TOAD, UnixLinux along with SHELL scripting
      • Splunk, Introscope, Remedy ITSM, Eclipse,Appdynamics
      • Analytical and problem solving skills
      • Communication Skills Clear, Concise & Ability to articulate ProblemSolution
      • Documentation skills Required to provide updatesreports to various stakeholders

        • Desired skills:

          • Experience in Production Support
