Job Description

    • Build predictive models for various use cases across lifecycle of a customer using techniques like Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Segmentation, Decision Trees, Machine Learning Techniques (like Random Forest, XG Boost etc.)
    • Extracting data from multiple data sources (i.e. Hadoop, Oracle, text files etc.)
    • Maintain & prepare precise process documentation for all the existing and new models.
    • Monitor the model performance periodically; assess the trend of various metrics like PSI, KS, Gini, Divergence etc.,
    • Communicating business results/interpretations with clients and peers
    • Ad-hoc Report creation/ MIS, Ad-hoc Analysis as per the business requirement
    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 1 to 3 years experience or in lieu of degree 3 to 5 years of experience.
    • Good working knowledge on Python/SAS/R /Pyspark and SQL
    • Experience in developing predictive models
    • Working knowledge on techniques like linear regression, logistic regression, segmentation, XG Boost, Random Forest, Weight of Evidence (WOE), Information Value (IV) etc.
    • Experience in creating Excel reports (Pivot tables, Graphs)
    • Effective communication skills
