That s why we harness our global reach, curate our content, and invest in best-in-class technology and people.Join the team that is improving the way the world creates, protects, and advances innovation.Job DescriptionReporting to the Team Lead, Cash Application, The Sr Cash Reconciliation Analyst is responsible to be a subject matter expert (SME) for reconciling payment processing operations in a high-volume transaction environment. You will collaborate with fellow team members to continuously improve the process to achieve and maintain targeted performance levels while working with external customers on various cash application activities. You will partner with sales, customer service, and other appropriate stakeholders to collaborate on various process improvement initiatives to streamline cash application efforts supporting collection activities.Key Responsibilities

  • Review, research, and resolve cases related to cash application (including their relationship to order placement, invoicing, collection, and anything else related to the L2C process).
    • Utilize various ERP systems, reports, and / or bank statements
    • Review journal entries and / or general ledger accounts
    • Identify, document, and analyze root causes
    • Execute tasks and procedures accurately and completely
  • Ensure all assigned cash application cases are fully resolved pursuant to defined SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively and timely
  • Participate in daily / weekly/ monthly meetings
  • Meet or exceed management assigned targets in daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards and reports
  • Facilitate change and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 1 years working in cash application, collections, billing, finance, customer service, or operations required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to manage and execute a variety of competing priorities simultaneously required
  • Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions required
  • Ability to remain flexible to changing priorities required
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and frequently ambiguous environment required
  • Stellar focus on accuracy and completeness required
  • Strong Excel experience required including utilizing formulas, pivot tables, V Look Up, and other advanced functions
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Net Suite, Peoplesoft, AS400, Vulcan, SFDC (Salesforce.com) and/or Zuora experience preferred
