Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with other leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project /support challenges
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Client s Project Manager, CTM (s), BPO (s) to Proactively forecast mitigate, guide on Best Practises
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal resources to improve results
  • Produce documentation for projects
  • Look for solutions beyond monitoring, ticket resolution, bring in value addition to the client
  • Support in Rotating Shifts (24X5)
  • Key Accountabilities to support SAP ECC in the below MM - WM areas
    • Procure to Pay Processes
    • Pricing, Payment terms, STO, Returns, 3 rd Party Logistics, Imports, Service Procurement, GST, TDS, TCS, RCM
    • MDM
    • Domestic Import Procurement
    • Integration with Vendor /WM Processes through EDI /IDOC, ITS Mobile
    • Integration with 3 rd Party WH for WM (inbound Outbound) Processes.
    • Support 24X5
    • Serial Batch Management
    • Integration with SD, FI, CO
    • Experience of working on support procedures, protocol and culture of large support team.
    • Should have worked on large complex enhancement(s).
    • Interfaces/Customisations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • SAP ECC implementation Support experience
  • Should have done 2-4 Onsite implementation and or Onsite Support projects in India

NICE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HAVE:

  • 6- 8 years as SAP MM - WM /MDM Consultant
  • Domain experience in MM
  • Pharma expereince preferable
  • Onsite Experience with Client(s)
  • SAP MM certification: preferable
  • Mandatory implementation Support experience
  • Integration /interfacing with SAP ABAP, SD, FI, CO.
  • Solid organizing and planning skills for deliverables.
  • Good priority setting and delegation skills.
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation Reporting and communication skills.
