Job Title: Sr Director of Delivery Management - India Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur) Experience: 20 - 25 Years No of Positions: 1 Department: Delivery Management Group Company: Tollplus India Pvt. Ltd (http://www.tollplus.com/)Ability to monitor and measure the performance of the delivery organization and process for ingrange of projects types, complex business initiatives and change program Responsible for the odeployment of the companys Project Delivery Approach within the India organization Continuous monitoring and measuring of the implementation and application of the delivery methodologies and processes performance Ability to and experience of providing input to organizational business and budget planning Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives Team management experience with the ability to manage and motivate virtual or matrix project teams Experience of being a Business Partner and managing those relationships Experience of prioritization matrices and working with the business to determine appropriate project prioritization. Ability to juggle different projects/priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure Proven capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed Experience of resource planning against the prioritized portfolio of initiatives and projects Able to focus on a clear goal in all actions and decisions and openly articulate this to your team colleagues. Open-minded and can-do attitude which encourages innovation, embraces change and displays resilience against adversity. A thought leader with a view to creating a viable PMO service and supporting pragmatic delivery of products, programs, and projects Able to monitor and control projects along the full project/product lifecycle in line with Agile SCRUM Project Management methodology Identify, develop, or define strategies, practices, or methodologies that promote proactive coordination/communication between all stakeholders Identify, develop, or define strategies, practices, or methodologies that promote proactive cross-functional and cross-site coordination as necessary for specific projects Ensure that project priorities remain aligned with the business priorities as defined by the project justification Ensure project deliverables are delivered to the quality and schedule committed as per the project management plan High IT affinity in general, i.e. ability to quickly gain top-level understanding and interact with various subject matter experts In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent certification Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and ability to drive results in a complex, multicultural environment and at different hierarchical levels Creating a culture that is based on knowledge sharing and learning from best practices Exhibiting a high level of professional flexibility and volunteering innovation and new ideas.
