Our goal is to digitally transform services through software platforms including customer relationship managementRole overview:Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Project Management, you will be responsible for end to end IT project management activities in Dell s Configuration Services Area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently
  • Should have worked as a hands-on developer / business analyst at least for 3 4 years in her/his career span. Should have a good understanding of estimation techniques, Software Solutions and be aware of the current trends in the industry.
  • Should be able to provide directions (technology, functional) to the team / stake holders when required.
  • Should be able to mentor junior PM s within the team
  • Should be able to incorporate the current good project management practices within the teams and extended teams
  • Foster excellent relationship with all the stakeholders for the project s / program s success.
Essential Requirements:
  • 10 to 12 years of total software/IT engineering/code development experience. Out of this at least 8+ technical program management experience
  • Have depth and width of decision-making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results
  • Ability to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authority
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; work with minimal supervision while delivering on action items in a timely fashion.
  • Have expertise in TFS.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
  • SCRUM Master certification a plus
  • Experience with MS tools like PowerPoint, Project, Visio preferred.
