Accountability: Manage our freight audit client relationships. Perform carrier audit analyses to identify savings opportunities, also working directly with our clients to find resolution to transportation/audit issues. Ensure audit exceptions are handled accurately and efficiently on the customer accounts, while ensuring agreements between the customer and carrier are accurate. Essential Functions: Auditing: Audit customer invoices for invalid charges (incorrect discounts, invalid accessorial charges, audit rule exceptions, and invalid rates). Work directly with fellow employees in Hyderabad office. Assist and train fellow associates, when needed. Maintain and update metrics on all customer KPIs and carrier performance. Ensure awareness of potential rate and carrier changes/compliance. Cross- trains in functions other than one s primary role. Customer Service: Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborative in dealing with our clients as well as associates. Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all customers. Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction. Answer customer inquiries regarding freight services which includes audit, invoice processing and bill pay. Other Auditor Duties: Attend bi- monthly audit team meetings. Participate in special assignments in other enVista practice areas as required. Skills & Abilities: - Candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge & typing skills - Candidate should be able to Read, Write and Speak in Japanese. - Candidate should be willing to work in a team i.e. be a team player and showcase individual abilities as & when needed as well - Candidate should be willing/flexible to work in day/night shift - Candidate should atleast be a graduate (awaiting results won t be entertained) - Candidate from Technical/Science background won t be considered (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA, etc.),
