Job Description

    Role Summary/Purpose:The selected candidate will be part of Analytics Center of Excellence rolling up to Synchrony Financial HYD. The candidate would be part of Performance Analytics team providing valuable Business insights and reporting in Inventory Management.This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Were proud to offer you choice and flexibility.Essential Responsibilities:Perform end to end project management for Inventory ManagementDesign, Manage and Deliver reports based on provided requirements incorporating data visualization tools and added analytical insightsReview inventory and update SharePoint Lists based on pre-determined parametersReview inventory and send weekly escalation emails to the card production project managers and management teamDevelop the reporting framework to solve for business requirementBuild Dashboards to provide more business insights to the Process Owners and the Leadership teamSharePoint List maintenanceCollaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and deliver tailor made solutionsSupport new initiatives end to end which includes analysis, maintaining and enhancing codes and documentationQualifications/Requirements:Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or any equivalent degree with 1-3 years overall experience; OR in lieu of a degree, 3-5 years overall experience.2+ years reporting experience using excel, SAS, SQL & Tableau.Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity, should be able to do multi-tasking with time managementExpertise in SharePointStrong communications skillsFor Internal Applicants: Understand the criteria and mandatory skills required for the role, before applying.Inform your Manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday.Ensure that your Professional Profile is updated (fields such as Education, Prior experience, Other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format)Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP)Employees who have completed 18 months in organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.Existing Level 5, 6 & 7 are eligible to apply, will be considered for Level 8 if selectedDesired Characteristics:3+ Years of experience in financial institutionsStrong problem-solving skills & attention to detailPrior experience in providing data driven insightsKnowledge on Campaign Execution ProcessPrior experience in automating the regular reportsFamiliar with FDR green screens and other FDR tools like Document Direct, AFP, & Query tool,
