Job Description

    Sr. Associate Data Analytics / SME Data Analytics (DU 11 Hyderabad)Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and talented Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Business Intelligence team, specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions that drive actionable insights and support informed decision-making within healthcare revenue cycle processes.This position offers opportunities to: Learn new skills such as data cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data using different approaches. Uncover key insights that lead to better-informed and successful decision-making. Gain expertise in transforming raw data into meaningful statistics, reports, and explanations.Roles and Responsibilities: Build data collection processes from various system software/platforms and develop analytics capabilities to uncover customer, product, and operational insights. Collaborate with operations leads to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data sources and propose solutions such as dashboards, automated tools, and workflow enhancements for strategic planning. Provide data-driven decision support through daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, deficiency reports, inventory volume tracking, and trend analysis. Develop analytical models and insights and present findings through reports and presentations for the Operations team.Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in the RCM industry, with at least 6 months at Omega. Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denial management. Approval from the Specialty Head is required.Selection Process: Domain Test. Panel Interview.
