Job Description

    Role: Sr. US-IT Bench Sales RecruiterQualification: Graduation / PGExperience: 5 years (as Bench sales recruiter)Location: Madhapur, HyderabadCTC: Negotiable (Hike based upon last drawn CTC and interview performance)Shift: Night- Shift (WORK FROM OFFICE)Transportation: 1-Way (Drop) cab facility for FEMALE EMPLOYEES ONLYROI: HR, Operations (Virtual)Desired candidate profile:-Must have excellent written & verbal communication skillsMust have strong knowledge of US Staffing and Bench Sales.Active and Passive searches to source Candidates profile.Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client. Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales.Good knowledge about US tax terms like C2C, W2 &1099,Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EADUsing social networks and research to build an internal database and recruit passive candidatesMust have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.Hands-on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Linkedin, social media platforms etc to source requirements for Candidates.Must give at least 1 year of Work commitmentRoles & Responsibilities:-Responsible for handling IT requirements for US clients.Marketing Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.Coordinating with consultants & understanding their skills, informing about requirements and submitting as per their comfort.Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews.Coordinating the interviews between client and candidates effectively to make the event successful.Arranging the interviews with vendors/implementation partners or end clients.Updating about screenings, interviews with the consultants and management.Negotiating and taking rate confirmation before submitting consultants CV to vendors.Handling post-interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback.Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate profile.Interested candidates can share their UPDATED CV tokeerthi@ericsservices.comor reach at91-hidden_mobile
