System accounting/GRN of all Raw material/packaging material/FG on time. Co-ordinating with Supply Chain team for resolution of all GRN/RTV related issues Execution of MRP module on SAP for FG movement from plant to warehouse, Production Planned Order, Purchase Order generation and co-ordination with Supply Chain Team for generating dispatch plan and timely order placement of all RM PM Daily Stock monitoring and reporting of RM PM and highlighting criticalities on time for seamless replenishment. Co-ordinating with CMU and Manufacturing team for aligning production/material constraints with SCM team Maintaining data hygeine for all systemic data related to RM PM and FG for facilitating accurate Planning Responsible for all system related transactions pertaining to RM PM/FG movement from Plant- Plant, Plant to Warehouse. ( STO/Invoice etc ) Continuous monitoring of RM PM Ageing Risks/Expiry as per Shelf Life norms Publish Dispatch report with complete details of Vehicle, LR, Stocks, invoice etc. Publish vehicle placement vs dispatch details / Publish Dock ,
