Understanding client requirements Screening , shortlisting of candidates through various sources such as Job portals , references , database , headhunting & social networking considering the job description given. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge , skills , soft skills , experience and aptitudes. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate & client relationships during the selection process. Post selection , collect necessary documents from candidates Client co ordination for offer roll out of selected candidates. Ensure offer acceptance from candidate Follow up with candidates till they join Post joining , raising the cliet invoice & ensure client payment within stipulated time.
