  • Recruitment & Selection as per job description and needs. SHOULD HAVE STRONG RECRUITMENT SKILLS
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organisational objectives.
  • Maintenance of employees personal record
  • Time office management, attendance & leave register
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance
  • HR auditKRA structuring of employees at various levels
  • Policies & System implementation
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Liaise with other functional / departmental heads to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
  • Handle admin activities at Unit level.
  • Monthly HR MIS
