The companys research and development has resulted in high-yield seeds that are resilient under varying agro climatic conditions.As they continue to expand, they are currently seeking HR Recruiter professionals, and after reviewing your profile, we believe you could be an excellent fit for this role.This role involves:** Must be 5 years into complete recruitment and Non-It recruiting experience is mandatory.1.Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures in coordination with the management.2.Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.3.Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill)4.Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)5.Research and choose job advertising options.6.Experience in man power handling and department co-ordination7.Recommend ways to improve employer brand.8.Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.9.Participate be job fairs and career events to attract best talent.10.Should be able to design different questionnaire based on the position.11.Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation end to end.12.Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.13.Excellent skills in MS Office14.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communication Skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.15.Strong decision-making skills.16.Handling Induction sessions.Location: Secunderabad, near paradise metro stationPlease find the job description attached for more details.
