    Hartex Rubber Pvt Ltd HYDERABAD JOB DECRIPTION OF THE POSITION Job Title Sr. Manager Department Finance & Accounts Reporting to Vice PresidentFinance and Accounts Areas of Responsibility Location Head Office -HyderabadHandling of Directors Personal AccountsAccounting of transactions of companies and LLP as per defined standardFinalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual books of Accounts of companies/LLPHandled Statutory auditors and ensure filing of Income Tax returns on timeStatutory compliancesTDS,GST, Professional Tax and as applicablePreparation of details and coordination with Company Secretary for ROC compliancesPeople Management and DevelopmentAll other Core Accounting functions of the organization. Implementation of new initiatives Competency Type IT Knowledge Professional Knowledge Attitude Qualification and Age Experience & industry other important requirements Job Competencies Expert Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally, IT Savvy Sound knowledge. of Accounting practices, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Company & LLP Law. Practical knowledge in above areas. Knowledge of Process of acquisition/merger demerger of companies/LLP will help. Positive Mindset, Proactive approach, Self-driven & Result orientation, People Management, Capable of maintaining good relationship with cross functions B. Com with 9-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, age 30-35 Years Manufacturing industry preferable,
