Sr.Manager Food testing lab Sr.Manager Food testing lab Desired Qualification Experience 1. Ph.D. in Chemistry with 10- 15 years of experience in Food testing labs 2. M.Sc., Chemistry with 12- 20 years of experience in Food testing labs. Job Profile Sr. Manager Food Division responsible for activities that are related to Nutrition, Water, Pesticide residue and Microbiology analysis related to Foods, water and Agri products. Should have sound knowledge on ISO 17025 and NABL regulations. Should have worked on Chromatography (HPLC, GC), Mass spectrometry (LC- MS/ MS GC- MS/ MS ) techniques. 1.Responsible for preparation and review of method validation protocols, reports and SOP. 2.Planning of sample analysis, allotment of work to appropriate personnel, evaluation of results and reporting opinions and interpretation, as applicable. 3.Review and modification of method development experiments based upon the experimental results. 4.Design and review of method development experiments. 5.Perform method validation in accordance with laid down procedure. 6Responsible for training the employees on technical and safety aspects.
