This role is in charge of identifying, prioritizing, building, delivering, and managing data analytics for the IT Controls organization at PepsiCo. As a member of the Control Data Services team the individual partners with various teams at PepsiCo to deliver the control analytics (e.g., Enterprise Solutions Control Governance, SOD Controls Governance, Control Insights Automation, SAP Functional Process Services, SAP Security Governance and PwC/Cognizant sustain teams) to provide accurate and timely visibility of risk exposure for informed decision making and controls effectiveness monitoring by control owners. analytics for risks in SAP GRC system, transactional analysis, and future growth areas as required (e.g., PepsiCo Global Template, Go-To-Market Transformations) The role will also have exposure to the developing topic of automation technologies used by IT Control. Design/build/test/deploy utilizing SAP HANA and build output in Tableau (D/E) Create analytic procedures, data transformation, and analysis methods (D)
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies within processes by suggesting new and innovative ways to leverage technology (D)
Leverage leading best practices to build analytics and share with cross functional teams (D)
Control Insights Automation team to drive common governance standards, policies and procedures, etc. (D/E) Provide quality review of analytics documentation (E) Participate in strategy development Train end users on how to use the analytics and understanding of dataManage projects related to the expansion of automation technology use in IT Control (D/E)
Qualifications/RequirementsDeep understanding of SAP technical/functional design, IT, risk, controls, and segregation of duties
data analytics knowledge required Broad understanding of business processes, accounting, financial analysis, and controls Intermediate skill in data analytic coding , including the following SQL, SAP HANA CALC views, R programming Experience building data analytic procedures Experience of design and implementation of SAP compliance and reporting tools Experience with Visualization tools (Tableau) Experience of developing and presenting dashboards and KPIs Knowledge of CobiT, ISO, GCS, COSOKnowledge of a broad range of SAP security concepts - roles, authentication, authorization and user provisioning
