To function as: SAP-FICO Specialist
Reporting to: IT HeadNote:We do have Six full days working pattern.
Responsible for day to day SAP FICO application timely support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Definition & Gatekeeping.
Product Solution Identification and Evaluation. End to End Implementation Project Management in FI & CO Modules. Coordinate with Business Teams & Implementation partners and ensure smooth transitioning. Post Go-Live support: Guiding & resolving day to day production support issuesNew rollouts for e.g., adding Business Area/ new plant / Profit centre etc.
Change Management Process3. Processes: AR, AP, GL, Controlling, Fixed Assets & Taxation SAP processes Standardization/Benchmarking & ensure minimum customization.
Responsible for SAP FICO Configuration, Product Enhancements. Implementation Partner / AMS Partner - Production Solutions validation. Maintenance of BPML, BBP Documents, KDS etc., with updated configuration. Continuous Processes Improvements. Making Repository of FICO Process FAQ. SAP FICO Manual Updating. End User Training. Key Performance Indicators: Day to day functional support. Key Internal Contacts: All Department/Functions-To coordinate for smooth operation of Finance & Accounts.
