Job Description

    • Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, walk-ins, and company-provided leads.
    • Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and protection needs.
    • Explain life insurance products such as Term Plans, Savings Plans, ULIPs, Child Plans, and Retirement Plans.
    • Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer requirements.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (Premium, Policies, Revenue, NOP).
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
    • Follow up with leads until policy issuance and payment completion.
    • Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing.
    • Provide after-sales service, including policy servicing and renewal support.
    • Maintain customer records and update activities in the CRM system.
    • Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
    • Attend daily sales meetings, product training sessions, and performance reviews.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
    • Resolve customer queries and deliver excellent customer service
