* Purpose - Independently deliver an Enhancement Small Project within one Vision Plus module.- First point of contact for assigning Applications Issues, Business User Queries, Production Batch incidents, Card User incidents, etc. He She would look to resolve this issue or transfer it to appropriate Tech Lead.Experience 3.5 yearsSkills - Has good Technical and Functional Knowledge in 1 Vision Plus Module. In case of CMS, it would be only a sub part of CMS module like Statements, Interest Processing, Card Embossing etc . Has basic knowledge of 1 2 other v modules.- Excellent knowledge in following areas Mainframe Technology, Code management tools, Abend Resolution debugging tools, Job Scheduling Tools, Reports Management Tools, Software Development Lifecycle, Vision Plus Development MethodologiesActivities - Prepare Tech Spec- Coding, code review- Code Management Activities- Unit testing- SIT UAT Resolve Defects, Defect Management, Implementation planning, preparation and execution- Coordinating the work of a 3 member team working on a V enhancement across major phases of a development project like Tech Spec, Coding, SIT, UAT, Implementation- Change Managemento Support business and Release and Deployment teams throughout the release lifecycle including SIT, UAT and implementation.o Conduct daily evaluation of all local and regional change orders for maintenance and other changes with a potential to impact Cards services.o Validation of all change packages prior to installation into PROD. - Service Validation and support o Daily and monthly reporting against established SLA s and PLA s. User Tickets Related.o Perform health check after system application recovery.o Owning open incidents, triaging and taking business approvals and closure., * Graduate
