Job Description

    Needs to possess an understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements.Utilize data to identify potential system issues and take pro active action on them.Work closely with the development team to understand the changes to the application and other necessary things to help smooth function of the application.Manage operational and Service Level Agreement compliance with Subject Matter Experts.Communicate changes and educate customer if need be on the product.Possesses technical expertise on available technologies and processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Lead troubleshooting of issues that occur in our production environmentsGood analytical skills (root cause analysis and create solutions to resolve incidents)Strong communication skills this role will involve communicating regularly with a wide range of people of all professional levels and culturesAbility to work any of the different shifts (i.e. any of the three. shifts)Self starter who is able to take ownership of technical issues and be a productive member in the on call rotation and certain off hours shifts.Strong troubleshooting skills that span systems, network, and applications.Works closely with the Project Management team to formulate a detailed plan for data migration during Operating System and Database upgrades and implementation of assets into the production environment,
