  • Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
  • Be technically hands-on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
  • Collectively responsible for end to end product quality
  • Participate and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
  • Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
  • Provide technical support to team
  • Help team in resolving technical issues
  • Closely work with Tech Lead, PO, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10 Years of experience - working on multiple layer of technology
  • 5+ working experience of database (SQL or PL/SQL), understand concept of Big Data, NoSQL/Flat Database
  • 3+ years of working experience in an Agile team
  • Working experience in Web Services/API, REST Architecture, etc.
  • Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
  • Working Experience or good knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. OpenShift, Azure, AWS)
  • Hands-on knowledge of OpenSource adoption and use cases
  • Knowledge of software configuration management and packaging
  • Knowledge of build tools such as Jenkins
  • Product/Project/Program Related Tech Stack:
    • Front End: BackboneJS, ReactJS
    • Back End: Ruby, Rails
    • Middleware: Sidekiq
    • Testing: RSpec, JUnit
    • DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Redis, Sonar
    • Others: JMeter, Groovy, NewRelic
    • Development Methodology/Engineering Practices: Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good understanding of Data/Information security
  • Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream

  • Knowledge on Redis
