IQNRoles and Responsibilities (Oracle DBA with HANA/Sybase exposure) Worked on 11i and R12 Environment. Oracle Database Administration experience in RAC 11g & 12c Troubleshooting Concurrent Manager; Monitoring Application Performance EBS Application and Technology Stack - Performed one or more successful upgrades for technology stack and applications Oracle Database Administration experience in RAC 11g & 12c ASM knowledge must Oracle database installation; upgrade; configuration; cloning Oracle eBusiness installation; upgrades; cloning Experience/knowledge with Enterprise Manager and other monitoring and management tools such as AWR; Statspack; and Grid/Cloud Control Performance Tuning - Advanced performance-tuning skills to review performance reports (ADDM; AWR; &ASH); Application code and SQLs to optimize application run times Shell scripting knowledge/experience (bash; sh; ksh required; other scripting skills and experience advantageous) Backup & Recovery; Export & Import (expdp; impdp) Expertise in installation; upgrades and patching of SAP HANA; Sybase-ASE;Sybase IQ applications. Experience in DB Performance tuning ; DB memory management and application configuration. Experienced in working with SAP and other vendors to resolve escalated production issues. Experience in supporting SAP refreshes; print and spool management. Experience with alert monitoring and responding to alerts. Proven experience on HANA; Oracle and Sybase ASE and Sybase IQ DBs. Strong written and oral communication skills. Highly motivated; Self-starter. Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM. Operations process knowledge is an advantage. Good Linux skills Strong troubleshooting background Experience in handling Mission Critical Applications Experience of working effectively within a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Successful working both independently as well as with team Good Understanding of ITIL & Change management process Ready to do OnCall/nightshift support on rotational basis ,
