Job Description

  • Bachelor s degree(and above)in Computer Science/Statistics from a reputed collage is preferable
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and building data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics solutions at significant scale including
  • Very good experience with working with data on large scale reporting using python, nodejs, mongodb, csv/json based file system
  • Experience in MVC bases application in PHP, ReactJS, AngularJS will be added advantage.
  • NoSQL databases - MongoDB, DynamoDB And sql databases.
  • And sql databses - mysql, sqlserver, postgres
  • Column-oriented relational databases, such as Redshift and Vertica
  • Must have hands on experience on - Python, Ror Node.js
  • Good experience of software development experience building large scale distributed data processing system/application
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.
  • Data modelling expertise
  • Good to have experience of Big Data Ecosystem like HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, Yarn, Spark, Scala, hbase, Cloudera/ Hortonworks
  • Experience with IaaS and PaaS providers such as AWS, Rackspace, or Azure.
  • Parallel relational databases, such as Impala, Hadapt, or HAWQ
  • To have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Understanding of other programming/scripting languages like Java, Linux, PHP, Ruby, Phython and/or R.
  • Reports and dashboards with advanced visualizations is an added plus
  • Good to have - Performance measurement and tuning
  • Automated monitoring and fault tolerance
