Job Description

    Hiring forSenior python full stack DeveloperJob Summary: As a Senior python full stack Developer, you will be responsible foroverseeing the development, scaling, and performance optimization of our applications. Youwill lead a team of developers, ensure the quality of our codebase through rigorous testing,and collaborate with stakeholders to drive the success of our projects. Additionally, you willplay a key role in hiring and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performancePython applications. Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing loads andensure responsiveness. Design and implement comprehensive test cases to ensure the reliability and stabilityof our software. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, promoting bestpractices and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and otherdevelopers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Participate in the hiring process by conducting technical interviews and assessingcandidates for technical fit and potential. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices todrive innovation within the team. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain ahigh-quality codebase. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Contribute to the documentation of system architecture, design decisions, andprocesses.Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer or in a similar role, with a strongportfolio of completed projects. Extensive experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). Strong understanding of application development, performance optimization, andscalability principles. Proficient in writing and executing test cases, using tools such as pytest or unittest. Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) andORM frameworks. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modernfront-end frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding and developingteams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectivelywith stakeholders at all levels. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerizationtechnologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
