We are in the process of expanding our operations into various cities. We have the following vacany to be filled.JD Job Description and Responsibilities for a TM (OPHTHALMIC SALES DIVISION) - should have prior work experience of 3-5 years in the relevant firld. 1Direct sales of ophthalmic equipments to the eye doctors, eye hospitals, multi-specialty hospitals, government, defense and other public sector undertakings.2The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales targets assigned for the territory allocated to him.3Plan and execute sales coverage of all segments and constituents in the allocated territory.4Respond to sales leads, make sales presentations, analyze all the products, comparison with the competition and procure orders.5Make scheduled personalized sales demonstrations to the doctors in the assigned territory.6Follow-up, educate, answer questions and assist the ophthalmologists and optometrists on equipments supplied by BioMedix in the assigned territory7The job involves extensive traveling in the assigned territory and could be upto 50% of the working days of a month.8Candidate should possess a High level technical and clinical product knowledge, Strong communicational skills, Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills9Ability to conduct the product demonstrations and presentations; attend meetings and conventions and manage the company booth-many of these happens during the week ends.10Should execute effective credit control and be responsible for collection of outstanding payments11Create New BusinessQualification Qualification required Graduate/Post Graduate in Science or Commerce. Prior Work Exp. Should be based at the city mentioned and have a minimum of 3 years work experience in Ophthalmic Sales.Prior work experience with sale of Microscopes will be an added advantage - though not a strict criteriaWe provide below a list of Industry players.
