Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.
    • Identify and target potential clients, including schools, universities, government educational bodies, and corporate training centers.
    • Present, promote, and sell products and services to both existing and prospective clients within the education sector.
    2. Market Development
    • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, such as school administrators, curriculum developers, and technology coordinators.
    • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and events to promote the companys offerings.
    3. Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team objectives.
    • Set performance targets, offer feedback, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure success.
    • Foster collaboration between the sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive growth.
    4. Client Relations
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction with products or services.
    5. Sales Reporting
    • Monitor, track, and report on regional sales performance, forecasting, and sales pipelines.
    • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to upper management with insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Manage accounts receivable, collaborating with clients on payment terms when necessary.
    6. Product Knowledge
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the companys product portfolio and how it addresses the needs of the education sector.
    • Deliver training and demonstrations to clients on product features, updates, and benefits.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the education industry.
    • Experience in managing sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the education sector, including industry trends, challenges, and customer needs.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, with flexibility to travel as required.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
