Good scripting skills (TCL/ Perl/ ruby/ python) Complete understanding of Synthesis/ STA/ PT concepts (Synthesis, Timing, Equivalence Checks, Power, UPF, Lint) and various flows Expert in developing IP/ SOC level constraints Timing/ area/ power optimizations. Exposure to low power techniques Excellent communication skills, Mentoring skills must be able to drive meetings Generate/ collect feedback from team members on project/ tasks flow and initiate correction/ improvement in methodology Good to have Skills: Adaptable, Flexible, Global Approach/ Synthesis, creative and capable of working independently as well as a team player. Should have a strong sense of urgency.
