I. Purpose of PositionLooking for an energetic and skilled professional to become part of our dynamic and growing organization. IMS document control specialist will assist in building IMS for excellence in all facets of documentation life cycleII. Key Responsibilities:Responsibility for the IMS Lead related activities are as under.Develop, Maintain and manages the update, review, release and storage of all controlled documents to build, strengthen and maintain IMS ((ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO50001:2011, OHSAS18001:2007). Documents may include , but are not limited to policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), manufacturing work instruction forms, job aids, quality specifications and test methods, etc. Facilitation of procedural documents. Authoring, reviewing, editing, appropriate documentation and archival of obsolete material Quality control of documents through review process Identification and assignment of trainings related to IMS (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO50001:2011, OHSAS18001:2007) Lead cross functional teams to process owners, content experts and functional area subject matter experts, Lead workflow facilitation of procedural documents within the IMS Lead content experts through the development of multiple procedural documents simultaneously Prepare and conduct internal audits at defined frequency to identify and improve internal processes Overall Responsibility for Product and process Conformity to Requirements Responsible to revise all systemic corrective and preventive actions in respective proceduresIII. Measure of performanceIMS compliance Internal audit effectiveness Management Review effectiveness External audit complianceV. Background and Skill:BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with Min 4 to 6 Years of experience in designing and implementing IMS Six sigma Green Belt will be preferred 8D / A3, Problem solving methodologies PFMEA & Control plan Excellent communication, convincing & Presenting skills ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO50001:2011, OHSAS18001:2007, TS-16949(Certified Internal Auditor). Lead auditor will be an added advantage Designing Quality and EHS manual and procedures Well versed with Quality Module, EHS, Energy managment Effective Team ManagementVI. Personal Trait ProfileResults oriented individual who seeks responsibility and has a propensity to systematically design process and system to drive the change.
