Accelerate PepsiCo business growth by providing regular support to development and on- going delivery of Insights capabilities, identifying key informational gaps and opportunities, generating data and insights to address identified opportunities and integrating knowledge into key Insights deliverables across all areas of marketing execution, in- store execution, GTM, customer engagement, etc. This role is based in Hyderabad and reports to Functional Insights Global GBS LeadQualifications/ RequirementsFunctional ResponsibilitiesLead the organization to achieve uninterrupted service deliveryLead processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content managementDrive optimal utilization of team members time to achieve productivity goals and pave ground for further capability development within SSCMonitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end- usersFlag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)Own flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transferDrive relationship management both within the SSC across functional leaders, and with the key end- user stakeholdersManage relationship with stakeholders, requestors and end service usersAddress any negative on- going, cyclical feedback via regular updates to end- users on any corrective actions takenLead communication to end- users on matters such as available capacity, changes of scope of existing projects and planning of future projectsEducate senior end users on ways of working, processes and tasks related to SSC functioning and on- going cooperationProductivity business targets as per project charter definitionPositive impact on PL of covered entities with no loss on Insight deliverable quality and ability to support effectively business decisionsReturn in Insights Investment improvement YoY. Manage budget within agreed limits, drive negotiation of cost with key suppliers, and ensure maximization of ROIIAll projects are closed within the agreed timelines, within predefined scope and with high qualityError- free deliverables to further drive capacity efficiencies within the serviced entitiesTalents and capabilities are well spread across key Insights task bucketsPositive feedback from Senior Insights Leadership TeamAn experienced Insight leader with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 15 years+ experienceEducation: MA in economics, sociology, math, marketing or managementStrong leadership and influencing profile in line with Insights Leader of the future definition: Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story- teller. Motivates action through fact- based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact- based decision making.Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others.
