Job Description

This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills with a good balance of hardware, firmware and application software expertise. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. The ability to develop strong internal (sales, marketing, engineering) and external (customer) relationships is required

  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering/Applications Engineering role preferably in Data Center market with exposure to HPC, networking, storage, Video solutions and technologies
  • FPGA/Accelerator Card based solution development and deployment experience highly desired
  • Knowledge of FPGAs, EDA design tools and architectures
  • Experience with VHDL or Verilog RTL development, Simulation and board bring-up/testing
  • Experience with Vivado, Quartus required (VCS, ModelSim are a plus)
  • Good understanding of PCI Express, Ethernet, DMA based system design
  • Good understanding of firmware, device drivers, C, C++
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentations skills, and the ability to work with multiple groups
Good to have Skills:
  • Customer facing previous roles and experience
  • Keen understanding of data center market environment and trends especially those pertaining to software defined everything
  • Frameworks such as FFMPeg, AI/ML Tensorflow, Pytorch etc.
