We are looking for multiple (Senior) Staff Engineer or Lead Engineer level persons. Work Experience guidance: about 7-10 years or more.You will be sharing leadership responsibility for a team comprising of about a dozen+ very sharp engineers with diverse backgrounds, plus some student interns from top Indian institutes. You will be expected to participate in the overall architecture and own direct responsibility for the same for more than one products on the roadmap; build scalable, high-performance and robust technology frameworks; and be leading by example.In this role you will be working very closely with the engineering and product leadership, the market data team and the technical advisory board. You will also be routinely interacting with third-party vendors and partners at all technical levels. Our work style on the whole is consensus driven, and the organization structure is expected to remain rather flat for a length of time.In addition to effective technical leadership, you will also have or be capable of acquiring quickly the goods on the securities and investments domain. You will also possess the soft skills necessary to obtain and maintain the respect and commitment of your team.We expect you to grow into the role of Chief Architect, Principal Engineer or Director of Engineering equivalent level. Or perhaps into a tech-savvy product management role. Itll all be up to you.,
