This role demands excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while providing the best patient care.Key Responsibilities :Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care needs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.Coordinate with the healthcare team for effective patient care and treatment plans.Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records on patient conditions.Ensure the proper operation of medical equipment and instruments.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medical procedures, and care plans.Support and mentor junior nursing staff, when necessary.Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment.Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated with current healthcare practices.Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong observational skills with attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Physical stamina and emotional resilience.Preferred Qualifications :Proficiency in Hindi, English and Telugu.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
