Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for acquiring Banca partners and develop business through them at the Branch / Region with the support of the Team1 Understand the key priorities and plans for the organization, Sales & Distribution Network / Region and the Banca Channel 2 Developing new relationship with other banks from the territory & servicing 3 Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners 4 Drive focus on aspects of customer acquisition, retention and cross selling thereby providing value addition to the Banca partners 5 Strong market intelligence and relationship management with potential partners for future acquisition 6 Motivating, Leading and driving the team to ensure achievement of branch objectives 7 Recommend local promotion plan in consultations with the channel partners 8 Monitoring MIS and sharing with the IMDs regularly 9 Assist channel partner with training and guidance to conduct business. 10 Track competitor s information and devise strategies to counter . 11 Continuously monitor the performance of team members and coach them for improvement 12 Should have strong communication skills and should liason effectively with various functions within the company Desired Candidate ProfileWe need Profiles form Banca Channel General insurance Experience. ,
