Roles and Responsibilities1- Managing a team of Managers/Executives2. Increase penetration & support company in growing market share through frontline sales team3. To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team4. Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team5. Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers6. Acquiring more customers through ADC/Rural channel7. Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing8. Managing the team of executives w.r.t. compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing DCC portfolio9. FEMI/NS collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC/NDCC)10. Resolution of customer complaints11. Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team12. Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & HO for final approval13. Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team14. Maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team15. Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.16. Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalate the issues to them,
