Job Description

  • Responsible for renewal business and conversion of all lines of business across the zone and drive it
  • Initially set targets for each team members, strategize and implementation of plan to achieve assigned renewal ratio targets
  • Monitor and periodic review of performances of team on their assigned targets with regular push in right directions as per strategic plan and fill the gaps
  • RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of renewal ratios, lost cases and concerned IMDs/dealers/banks/FOS etc to find out current scenario, area of concern and escalate them to marketing channel heads/team for resolution and proactive precautions
  • Proactive actions on expected to be lost renewals to secure them with support of UW on marketing requriement
  • Periodic review of mktg team on RR and top agents having high volume but low renewal ratio IMDs and directly handle high ticket size renewals >1L Non Motor cases/fleets
  • Handling telecalling set up with close monitoring on data allocation to them, their productivity, data enrichment, lead generation and all concerns
  • Ensuring team takes care of all CFU/customer grievances and team coordinate to resolve all deficient cases and coordinate for issuance
  • Regular MIS and analytical reports are submitted to marketing heads by self or renewal heads/team with Not Renewed Data
  • Drive all Head-Office campaigns, directions, strategies etc
  • Responsible for Overall ratios with high focus on Private Car, Health and property, high tkt size renewals.
  • Highlight marketing team of respective channel on low renewal ratio and push them to grow with support of mktg heads
  • Ensure renewal ops completes their task on time like RN/RR generation, RN distribution to channel partner and RR to mktg team, RTM request/link generation, allocation of DM data in RTM etc
  • Act as interface to support if team is stucked somewhere like CD approval requirement, agents issues, non supportive ops or mktg team and resove them
  • Regular calling Top IMDS taking Actual Updates on Conversion - Support & Counter Measures
