The incumbent should be a B.E. or B.Tech from a premier institute with 20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry. He should be able to d efine & implement the business unit s execution strategy, e stablish organization guidelines on project scheduling and cost control, p rovide inputs for the development and implementation of robust project management, quality assurance, health, safety & environment policies and, should have QS & contract knowledge, d evelop project pricing strategy along with the corporate marketing head, build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like Government Authorities, Industry Associations etc with a long term perspective. He will be expected to handle a portfolio of projects. ,
