Job Description

I. Areas of responsibilityThe Strategic Partnerships Managers (SPMs) will be instrumental in ensuring that :

  • Ignite! reaches increasing number of schools, educators and children.
  • Needs of schools are met.
  • 321 delivers on all its services at a high quality of excellence.
They will work towards shifting the conversation and mindset in the education sector to focus on quality. The main areas of responsibility include :
  • Sales: Identify and acquire partnerships with schools, foundations and organizations by doing on ground sales.
  • Partner engagement: Conduct meaningful and purposeful interactions with partners sharing progress of their teachers and schools while also solving their concerns with urgency and efficiency.
  • Partner research: To understand pressing needs in the sector working with 321s school team, design team and kaizen (M&E) team to build solutions addressing those needs.

  • Be well organized, detail oriented and resourceful.
