Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Own projects end-to-end, developing a well-rounded skillset and building a strong network across the organization in the process
  • Have strong skills to build presentations using data to make recommended changes.

Minimum requirements

What you ll bring to the role:

  • Timely Execution of Projects
  • Understanding of Divisions strategic objectives and development of effective workforce strategies
  • High Quality inputs on Supply Analysis
  • Is a Bachelor or Master Degree Experience in doing Strategic Workforce Planning English
  • 5-8 Years of experience in doing Strategic Workforce Planning
