Since launching in 2016, the business has delivered strong performance and is working with household names across BFSI, private equity, and consulting.Who are we looking for We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant for our client. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has prior experience in working with top-tier consulting and financial services firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Co. and the Big4s. Desired Skills and Qualifications- Graduate from top tier IITs/ IIMs/ISB with a minimum of 2 years of post academic work experience as a management consultant.- Strong knowledge in cost optimization, due diligence, operations excellence, process improvement, and strategy consulting would be preferred.- Demonstrates a deep understanding of strategy frameworks.- Expertise in effective capability assessment, risk management, and stakeholder management- Prior experience in working in FMCG, financial services or strategy consulting sectorRoles and Responsibilities- To provide expertise in terms of planning, structure, management, and execution.- Ownership of allocated tasks by applying project management framework for effective execution- To aid in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.- To review and analyze the feasibility of various business strategies.- To design dynamic strategy models based on the market behaviour of industry competitors.DurationThis opportunity is usually for 6 - 12 months on a contractual basis.,
