Job Description

    Job Title:Subject Matter Expert (SME) - EnglishJob Location:Kompally, HyderabadJob Type:Full-TimeExperience:3-8 YearsWe are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in English to design curriculum, develop content, and provide instructional strategies tailored to young learners.Key Responsibilities:
    • Create and update instructional content aligned with educational standards (e.g., Common Core, state-specific standards).
    • Develop age-appropriate teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
    • Conduct teacher training sessions and provide ongoing support.
    • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
    • Collaborate with educators to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum.
    Qualifications:Required:
    • Bachelors & Masters degrees in English.
    • B.Ed. in Education or a relevant subject area.
    Skills and Competencies:
    • Proven experience in curriculum design and development.
    • Ability to create engaging and interactive instructional materials.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Experience in training educators and providing constructive feedback.
    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Salary: 25,000 - 45,000 per month.
