The purpose of Global Compliance is to assist Franklin s boards of directors, senior management, and business unit leaders to effectively manage the compliance risks to Franklin, its subsidiaries and respective functional business units.This role will manage a team that supports the front-end Compliance teams or registered Compliance Officers in implementing their compliance program and activities including support for Board reporting, regulatory reporting, risk management reporting and other administrative activities. The role will include the individual contribution as well in the form of additional research, planning for transition of activities, look out for opportunities of process improvement/ automation.What are the ongoing responsibilities of Supervisor - Compliance Execute the plan for transition of activities from compliance teams across various jurisdictions to ICT Hyd, learn the activities and be the reviewer of the activities performed by the team, interaction with the offshore team members, learning and then cross-training the team members as required, back up planning, identify training requirements, automation or process improvement ideas.Prepare and review various draft reports such as board reports, regulatory reports etc and share with the relevant Compliance team for signoff.Draft response for adhoc RFP queries or general reports which may require pulling information from multiple sources and subjective responses.Team management including work allocation, capacity utilization, skill development, training etc.Contribute and participate in the themes and initiatives assigned as a part of the ISC Compliance.What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful Education and Experience:CA / CS / LLB/ MBA with minimum experience of 4-5 years in outsourcing industry (BPO/KPO/ LPO) or compliance field.Fundamental knowledge of Securities Market Laws or Financial markets.Desirable to have working knowledge of Corporate Laws other related laws.Skills and abilities:Proficient communication skills, written and verbal.
