Job Description

- Incident Management role. - Rotational shifts - Including Morning / Afternoon / Night and Weekends. - The role of a Support Analyst is to provide first level support - The role is customer facing and require excellent verbal and written email communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, when the customers are experiencing critical Severity-1 incidents. - Product knowledge or technical expertise relevant to this position. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. - Understanding of products such as Service Now, Nimsoft, Nagios is a bonus. - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux / UNIX server platforms and/or Oracle Database will be considered an advantage. - Good knowledge of ITIL process is required. - Other responsibilities: Monitoring of management of IT systems Receiving and managing calls relating to these systems Resolution of L1/L2 calls Escalation of calls to the relevant team where required Be accountable for defined work assignments/projects Ability to work across diverse work environments and teams Maintain and proactively update knowledge and skillsSalary: Not Disclosed by RecruiterIndustry: IT-Software / Software ServicesFunctional Area: IT Software - Application Programming, MaintenanceRole Category: Programming & DesignRole: Software DeveloperEmployment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time ,
