Description Title: Data AnalystHyderabad, India This position reports to: Technical Support Operations Senior DirectorServiceNow is changing the way people work. This position is part of the Technical Support Operations within the Global Technical Support Organization. Reporting to Technical Support Operations Director, this role will be responsible for managing the strategy for the creation and maintenance of all data analytics and reporting for Customer Support organization. Our Senior Business and Data Analysts are responsible for applying a breadth of data extraction, data cleansing, and analytic techniques to answer a wide range of business questions and drive operational improvements. They are effective communicators capable of independently driving issues to resolution and communicating insights to a range of audiences. Responsibilities include the following: Develop actionable insights from analysis to make recommendations on key business strategies. Build advanced analytical models to support Global Technical Support organization and Engineering initiatives Work with delivery leaders and SME teams to drive appropriate system enhancements metrics and reporting Create, deliver and analyze key metrics using dashboards and QBR reporting Create or improve and implement analytics reporting for customer support Provide models and analysis to help identify areas of opportunities to work with Business Units Learn and become and SME using our internal analytics tool (Performance Analytics) In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who is/ has: Knowledge of ServiceNow data architecture and ability to navigate through tables and fields for reporting purposes IT or Computer Science background and an understanding of relational databases is a must Excel skills with visual basic scripting Modeling and data visualization skills (e. g. , Tableau) Database skills preferred (BO, MS Access, MySQL) Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a self-managed environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) A team player and collaborative worker with a positive attitude We provide competitive compensation, generous benefits and a professional atmosphere.
