  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :Microsoft Windows Server Administration

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Excellent Windows Server Administration 2008/2012 2 Knowledge of DNS, DHCP 3 Knowledge of cluster and troubleshooting related to cluster 4 Knowledge of patching and patching process with knowledge of any of the patching tools like SCCM 5 Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs
      • Technical Experience : 6 Knowledge of file systems and troubleshooting permission related issues 7 Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions 8 Understanding of hardware/firmware along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and upgrades Repair and recover from hardware or software failures Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies 9 Understanding of AD structure and GPO experience in deploying GPOs 10 Knowledge of ITILv3 11 Troubleshoot L3 support and guide team in fixi
      • Professional Attributes : 11 Troubleshoot L3 support and guide team in fixing L3 issues 12 Excellent troubleshooting skills 13 Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 14 Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts Compulsory 15 3 Years of Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration
      • Educational Qualification : BE
