Job Description

Sword is Hiring Business Analyst for Deputation in the Client Location - Mumbai & Hyderabad

  • Liaise with business owners/managers and translate Business Requirements to IT initiatives
  • Author Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Process flows.
  • Attend internal client meetings, understand their requirements and act as a bridge between business and IT to deliver end to end solution
  • Define, measure, and track success of feature launches and new initiatives
  • Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Design and influence operational best practices for reporting to enable the team to scale
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
  • Owning, managing and validating all changes to ensure alignment to strategic objectives and Business
  • justification for investment
  • Collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution
  • Context, and develop the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs.
  • Record detailed Business requirements encompassing the functional, non-functional, as is and to be processes of the project / change request.
  • Creation of documents, Conduct Walkthrough sessions, and engage stakeholders from business units/ IT
  • Units/ Vendors, where applicable
  • Management and collaboration with key stakeholders Business owners, Product owners and others for the cohesive and successful delivery of change across the Platform & services if required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a business analyst role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proven problem solving skills with regard to unstructured, uncertain problems
  • Hands on experience in Business Analysis
