Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • *Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues across a hybrid infrastructure
    • *Upgrade and optimize network infrastructure for performance and security
    • *Deploy and maintain VMWare and Dell Servers, along with firewalls (SonicWALL)
    • *Monitor and enhance server, software, and hardware performance
    • *Ensure smooth application and SQL DB deployments (manual, script-based, and CI/CD)
    *Maintain and update technical documentation to streamline operationsMust-Have Skills & Experience:
    • Strong AWS expertise and team leadership experience
    • Deep understanding of LAN/WAN and Hybrid networks
    • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, SQL, IIS, VMware, and AWS
    • Experience in server migrations (File, AD, and Application servers)
    • Solid knowledge of AWS & VMWare ESXi networks (migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting)
    • Strong grasp of security techniques to ensure compliance and protection
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Proven experience in leading teams and managing priorities effectively
