Administer, manage, configure and support enterprise applications aligned to a Business unit or platformReview and diagnose issues; take corrective action which may include coordinating with appropriate peer teams and escalating where necessaryCommunicate and escalate product bugs and enhancement requests that need focused attention by the development teamPartner with development scrum teams to implement new functionality via Agile based processes; activities include service planning, configuration, operational readiness assessments, runlist reviews and code deploymentsDeeply understands all aspects of system configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releasesImplement monitoring services to proactively identify issuesMaintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/proceduresActively transfers knowledge throughout organization, participates in knowledge sharing projects to develop best practices, leads knowledge sharing sessions, and mentors junior staff and new hiresManages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task executionMaintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controlsRequired Skills:Bachelor or Master s Degree in Computer Science or other related technical field6+ years experience administering and supporting Enterprise Applications. Preferably a few among Netsuite, Zuora, IntAcct, OpenAir, Avalara, etc.Experience working with software product development team on feature enhancementsUnderstanding of best practices of software deployment implementations, including design patterns, release management, deployment strategies, and testing best practicesUnderstanding of ITIL Service Support concepts including Incident and Problem ManagementFamiliarity with SOX protocols, Change Management and Release Management principles and processesDemonstrated ability to build and execute efficient business processes and methodologies.Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical and Communication skills.Desired Skills:Experience with Applications such as Blackline, Concur, Netsuite, Zuora, IntAcct, OpenAir, Avalara, etc.Knowledge of on-demand CRM and platform technologies and their integrationsExperience with sandbox and production deploymentsFamiliarity and experience working in and building processes for a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant business.Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects with competing deadlines and resource requirements.Ability to articulate and document customer business requirements including workflow diagrams and how data flows through systems.Familiarity with Software Release Management principles and methodology including Adaptive Delivery Methodology (ADM).Familiarity with change management principles.,
