Department Name : Enterprise Solutions DEPARTMENT BRIEF: The Enterprise solutions at FactSet designs and develops integrated web- based productivity tools and reporting systems that serve the operational and strategic needs of our rapidly growing business. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with key business partners to understand their business, create detailed requirements documentation including current process maps, and work closely with the JIRA Solutions Architect and/ or Planview Solutions Architect to define a solution adequate to support the business needsDefine and maintain PlanView Enterprise information about the resources, users and ratesMaintain resources/ users based on WorkDay HR updates and/ or RPD requestsCreate and maintains the calendars, time periods, tiles/ ribbons, dashboard portal reports, Datamart(data warehouse), and extracts for the organizationMaintain System Configuration, Primary and Alternate StructuresPerform Data Integrity Review(s)Maintain Reporting Tools, Dashboard Portal reports, Datamart(data warehouse), and extracts for the organizationParticipate in the application of periodic fix packs and application upgradesCommunicate and coordinate with Planview on issues and issue resolutionAssist with the maintenance of the integration with Jira, WorkDay, and ProjectplaceAdhere to defined processes and procedures to ensure the quality of Planview application solutionsPerform testing of application software configuration and modifications utilizing various programming platforms and productivity tools and review results for accuracyMay alter existing test data or create new test data to ensure successful results of modifications to program code or configuration changesCreate applicable test data to ensure successful results of program code or configuration changesMay perform regression testing where applicable, to ensure current changes have not impacted existing processingProvide 1st level support for JIRA related RPDs including new user requests and new project requests as assignedPerform additional PPM Technology related tasks as assignedActive member of the IT Ops on- call rotationActively participate in Planview and JIRA training to stay current with new techniquesJOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years experience in the field or a related area Previous experience with PPM solutions (example: Planview, Clarity, etc. ) Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non- technical audiences Ability to work independently, identify solutions, communication issues and risks, and take appropriate action to resolve Must be proficient working with Microsoft Office 360 suite Comfortable working with little to no direction Curiosity to learn new tools and processes Driven to take ownership of projects, tasks, and processes Experienced in creating key relationships and the ability to network amongst various groups of people Proven experience in effective collaboration with various personality types, and leaders at all levels of the organization Friendly and positive disposition Self- directed and can work with minimal supervision HIGHLY DESIRED Relevant certification in project management and/ or degree in a relevant technology Previous experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping,
